A safe base for children aged 0-5 in Milngavie
At Lullaby Lane Milngavie we offer attachment led childcare for children 0-5 years, We have created a home from home environment that promotes love and cuddles to ensure our children and families feel safe and secure.
Lullaby Lane Milngavie was the second nursery we opened, continuing our work to create a home away from home environment for children.
We offer a variety of loose parts and open ended resources that give the children opportunity to be creative and use their imagination.

Outdoor Play
We have access to a large outdoor space where the children love to explore and get messy, our children have the opportunity to be curious about the world around them with unlimited access to the outdoors as and when required depending on the child’s preferences and interests.
The children have taken part in a lot of outdoor experiences encouraging physical development. We enjoy going on nature walks and using outdoor resources to create shapes and letters. During these walks the children are developing their own learning in their own unique way allowing them to express themselves and be creative.
The children spend time with our local dementia group at St Pauls church in Milngavie and go along to sing and share stories with the group on a Tuesday afternoon. This gives the children the opportunity to meet the community and learn about the world around them.

Indoor Play
At Lullaby Lane we believe in a child led approach to learning, children learn through play in an environment which ensures they are safe and loved above all else. We offer a variety of loose parts and open ended resources that give the children opportunity to be creative and use their imagination. Our playroom environment is set up to be interesting and engaging and allows the children to explore and develop their own interests and promote their own learning at a pace that suits each individual.
Our staff team are then able to use quality observations and effective questioning in order to support and or challenge depending on the stage and development of each individual child. Each day the children are involved in a variety of play experiences that enhance their learning and develop their literacy, numeracy, health and wellbeing skills
